“We’d like to renew our vows and invite all of our closest family and friends to Dubai for a four day celebration.”

WHAT WE DID

Magari planned and managed the full four-day celebration, creating a seamless experience for both the couple and their guests.

We arranged accommodation for all attendees, coordinated airport and local transportation, and remained the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay.

Across the four days, Magari curated a series of experiences including a fully catered private yacht charter with water toys, a relaxed BBQ at the family residence, and a beautiful beachside vow renewal, followed by a final celebratory dinner.

We also managed every personal and event detail around the programme, including yacht charter, catering, hair and makeup, floral design, table settings, a saxophonist and DJ, and a Rolls-Royce for the groom’s arrival.

From guest logistics to the smallest finishing touches, Magari oversaw the entire celebration so the couple could focus on being present with the people they loved most.
