Our approach is highly tailored. Rather than working to a fixed formula, each project is shaped around the client, audience and objective, with Magari providing the sourcing, coordination and on-the-ground execution required to bring it together seamlessly.

HOW WE WORK

Every project begins with the brief.

From there, Magari Studio can support as much or as little of the delivery as required — from concept development and sourcing through to logistics, coordination, content support and on-the-ground execution.

Our experience includes coordinating chauffeur logistics for VIP guests and international media at Icons of Porsche, sourcing specialist talent including a Cuban cigar roller for Loro Piana, arranging catered yacht charters for Chanel to host key clients, delivering a private yacht experience for Technogym, and coordinating chauffeured services and meet & greet support for Van Cleef & Arpels in Saudi Arabia.

For travel, hospitality and destination projects, we can also support content creation — shaping the creative direction, identifying locations and experiences, and coordinating photographers, videographers, talent and production partners around the project.

Whether the requirement is a one-off activation, private experience, retreat, hosted trip or complex logistical brief, Magari Studio brings together the people, places and partners required to deliver it thoughtfully and seamlessly.
