THE BREIF

“We’ve bought a new three-bedroom apartment in Dubai and plan to move in as soon as the developer hands it over. We’re incredibly busy and would love your help furnishing and finishing the property. We want it to feel like Bali.”

WHAT WE DID

Magari managed the apartment from handover through to move-in.

We collected the keys from the developer, completed the snagging process on the client’s behalf, and oversaw a full transformation of the property to create the warm, relaxed feel they wanted.

All bedrooms and bathrooms were finished in microcement, the kitchen counter was custom-clad, and bespoke TV walls and furniture pieces were designed and built for the space.

Magari also sourced and coordinated all furniture, appliances, linens and household essentials, before completing the final move-in setup.

Ahead of the client’s arrival in Dubai, the apartment was fully prepared: beds made with freshly washed linen, bathrooms stocked, groceries and water in the fridge, and every detail ready for them to arrive with their suitcases and feel immediately at home.
