“We’re hosting at home for the first time since relocating to Dubai and have some very special guests joining us. Can you help us curate the evening?”

WHAT WE DID

Magari curated and managed the evening from start to finish, allowing the clients to simply enjoy hosting in their new home.

We sourced the catering team, bar service, live acoustic artist and fire entertainment, alongside all furniture, tableware and styling elements for the dinner.

To create a more personal setting, Magari curated the tablescape and bespoke place settings, including individually designed name cards for each guest.

Rather than hiring every styling element for a single evening, we also sourced outdoor hurricane candles for the family to keep and reuse for future events — creating a more considered and cost-conscious approach to the setup.

On the night, Magari oversaw the full event and supplier team, ensuring every detail ran seamlessly while the clients were free to welcome their guests and enjoy the evening.
